Juran Intelligent is a second-level wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, with financial indicators showing its good operation. This guarantee is within the limit and has been approved by the shareholders' meeting, without any counter-guarantee. As of now, the guarantee balance of the company and its holding subsidiaries is reasonable.
