CITIC Securities (06030): CITIC Securities International provided a guarantee for the issuance of $5 million notes by CSI MTN Limited.

China CITIC Securities (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, China CITIC Securities International Limited (hereinafter referred to as China CITIC Securities International), has established an overseas medium-term note program through its subsidiary CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guarantor) on March 29, 2022. This medium-term note program is guaranteed by China CITIC Securities International. According to the maturity of existing notes and the actual needs of business development, the issuer issued a note under the medium-term note program on September 23, 2025, with an issuance amount of USD 5 million. After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program amounts to USD 2.701 billion.
