Jiangling Motors: Plans to increase capital of subsidiary Jiangling Ford Technology by 2.478 billion yuan.

Jiangling Motors Corporation (JMC) intends to jointly increase capital in its holding subsidiary Jiangling Ford Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. with Ford Motor Company in accordance with the original shareholding ratio. In this capital increase, JMC will contribute 1.26378 billion yuan through debt-to-equity conversion, while Ford will contribute 1.21422 billion yuan in cash to pay off the debts of Jiangling Ford. After this capital increase is completed, the company will hold a 51% stake in Jiangling Ford, with the shareholding ratio remaining unchanged.
