The pledged financing is used for production and operations. As of the announcement date, Luo Yi has pledged a total of 92.92 million shares, accounting for 48.27% of the shares held, and 7.86% of the total share capital of the company. Hesheng Group and its concerted actors collectively hold 73.52% of the total share capital of the company, with the cumulative pledged shares after this pledge accounting for 49.15% of their total holdings, and 36.14% of the total share capital of the company.
