Feima International announced on September 23 that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from director and general manager Huang Xiaoyun. Huang Xiaoyun, for personal reasons, has applied to resign from the positions of director and general manager of the company. After resignation, Huang Xiaoyun will no longer hold any position in the company. Huang Xiaoyun's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. The company will promptly complete the election of directors and the selection of a new general manager in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the Company's Articles of Association.
