The report stated that special governance measures have been taken against hidden sexual job positions within the platform, sexual harassment of job seekers during communication, and guiding job seekers towards sexual job positions during interviews after leaving the platform, or engaging in prohibited sexual harassment behavior in communication on other platforms. From June to August, a total of 2000 accounts have been banned. At the same time, BOSS Zhipin has initiated a mechanism to report companies engaging in illegal recruitment and sexual harassment. For those who commit serious violations, the platform not only bans their accounts, but also personally calls the company where the employee is involved to report the violation.
