Energy prices rising, German residents' heating costs greatly increase this year.

The data shows that the average annual heating costs for a 70-square-meter apartment using natural gas will increase by about 15%, reaching 1180 euros; households using district heating are expected to increase by 2% to 1245 euros; the cost of oil heating is expected to increase by 3% to 1055 euros. Families using wood pellet heating will also face an increase of about 20%, while the cost for heat pumps is expected to increase by 5%.
