According to the Wise News Financial APP, on September 23, 2025, the Ocean Group (01991.HK) announced that in order to seize the development opportunities of Web 4.0, further promote its AI and digital transformation strategies, the company is currently considering a potential rights issue plan to raise funds for research and development of AI digital humans, establishment of underlying asset portfolios for Real World Assets (RWA) and on-chain solution construction, purchase of strategic digital assets such as Ethereum (ETH) and other cryptocurrencies as reserves needed for new businesses, related to the group's early work on Web 4.0 strategic transformation and RWA ecological layout.
