Road King announced that Ms. Cai Xun and Mr. Yuan Yang have resigned from their positions as non-executive directors of the company due to personal work arrangements. Meanwhile, Mr. Yan Zhongyu and Ms. Deng Hongyu have been appointed as non-executive directors of the company, effective as of September 23, 2025.
