State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters: The emergency response level for flood prevention and typhoon protection in Guangdong and Hainan provinces has been raised to level three.

The National Disaster Mitigation Committee decided to upgrade the emergency response for flood prevention and typhoon preparedness in Guangdong and Hainan to level three at 10:30 on September 23. The joint working group dispatched by the National Disaster Mitigation Committee is currently in Jiangmen, Guangdong frontline, assisting and providing guidance.
