Smart Finance and Economy APP News, Shui Fa Hing Ye Energy (00750.HK) announced that starting from September 23, 2025: (1) Mr. Yee Wing Fat has stepped down and been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively; (2) Mr. Xiao Chuangying has stepped down and been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee respectively; (3) Mr. Sun Demin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee; (4) Mr. Wang Jin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee respectively; (5) Mr. Guo Peidong has resigned as a member of the nomination committee; and (6) Ms. Wang Suhui has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
