According to the Qichacha app, Dongguan Dazhu Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Wang Jin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million RMB. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, energy storage technology services, IoT technology research and development, electronic component manufacturing, integrated circuit manufacturing, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration display shows that the company is wholly owned by Dazhu Laser Holding Company and Shenzhen Dazhu Lithium Battery Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
