Ministry of Education: China has built the largest and highest quality smart education platform in the world.

The State Council Information Office holds a high-quality press conference on the completion of the "14th Five-Year Plan" series. Minister of Education Huai Jinpeng introduced that in terms of digital education, China has built the world's largest and highest-quality smart education platform, covering more than 200 countries and regions, with over 170 million learners. It has won the UNESCO Education Information Communication Technology Award, released the "China Smart Education White Paper," launched a national lifelong learning education platform, and provided services for the construction of a learning society. At the same time, new breakthroughs have been made in the construction of globally influential education centers. China has cooperated with UNESCO to establish awards, benefiting 6 million girls in 19 countries worldwide over the past decade. Since the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan," China has established educational cooperation relations with 183 countries and regions, established education cooperation mechanisms with ASEAN, Central Asian countries, and countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, and created a number of project brands such as the China-Central Asia Education Exchange and Cooperation Center. Cooperation with Asia, Africa, and Europe has built 36 "Luban Workshops," which have become a new business card for Chinese education.
