Hainan Province has downgraded the typhoon level four warning to level three.

On September 23, 2025, at 9:00 am, the Meteorological Bureau of Hainan Province upgraded the typhoon warning from Level 4 to Level 3, reminding relevant departments to closely follow the latest information from the meteorological department, make advance arrangements for navigation in the Qiongzhou Strait, and continue to prepare for shelter on offshore platforms and vessels operating in the northern and central parts of the South China Sea. They should also strengthen the management of fishing boats returning to port and reinforce ports in the northern part of Hainan Island.
