"Our country ushers in the eighth Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival."

On September 23rd, the Autumnal Equinox of the lunar calendar, China welcomed the eighth Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival with the theme of "Celebrating agricultural harvest and enjoying a good life". According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the national autumn grain harvest has reached nearly two-fifths. Overall, this year China has overcome the impacts of natural disasters such as droughts and floods, achieving a stable summer grain production, an increase in early rice production, and it is expected that there will be another bountiful harvest of grain.
