The natural gas production in Chuanyu Exploration Area of Daqing Oilfield has exceeded 4 billion cubic meters.

According to the Daqing Oilfield in China, as of September 22, the cumulative natural gas production in the Chuanyu exploration area of Daqing Oilfield has exceeded 4 billion cubic meters, reaching 40.1 billion cubic meters. The Chuanyu exploration area of Daqing Oilfield spans across Chongqing Municipality, Guang'an, Nanchong, Dazhou, and Bazhong cities in Sichuan Province, with a total area of 16,300 square kilometers, serving as an important support point for the "Stabilizing Oil Production and Increasing Gas Production" strategy of Daqing Oilfield. Since entering the Chuanyu region at the end of 2017, Daqing Oilfield has accelerated capacity construction, speeded up exploration and well testing, and strengthened measures to tap potential, resulting in a steady increase in natural gas production in the Chuanyu exploration area for seven consecutive years. Currently, the daily production capacity has exceeded 4.5 million cubic meters.
