On September 22nd, it was reported that Kyushu Rail filed a lawsuit against China Railway Third Bureau on September 19th, seeking to recover what they believe to be unpaid payments and losses from late payments, totaling up to 27.5366 million yuan. The two parties have been cooperating since 2014, and Kyushu Rail claims to have fulfilled all contractual obligations, but China Railway Third Bureau still owes them money. Kyushu Rail stated that the lawsuit will not affect the company's normal production and operation, but if some or all of the accounts receivable are not recovered, it may have an adverse impact on the company's profitability.
