Jilin Province will increase investment and financing support, give full play to the guiding role of the provincial government investment fund, encourage the provincial government investment fund to support core artificial intelligence technologies such as computing power, data, models, and innovative applications in vertical industries through the "direct investment project + equity participation in subsidiary funds" method, leverage social capital, develop patient capital, and encourage early investment, small investment, long-term investment, and investment in hard technology, to meet the financing needs of artificial intelligence companies at different stages of their life cycles.
