Pure Technology: Wet equipment has been completed for the development of devices at the 28-nanometer node, and has obtained orders for advanced process nodes.

PureTech stated on the interactive platform that the development of wet equipment at the 28-nanometer node has been completed, and all production lines have orders. At more advanced process nodes, the company has also secured some process orders, especially in machines such as high-temperature sulfuric acid, FINETCH, and single-plate phosphoric acid that are still monopolized by international manufacturers. The company's delivery and validation progress are leading domestically.
