(referred to as "Jiujiang Tianci"), has signed a "Cooperation Agreement" with Ruipu Lanjun Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ruipu Lanjun"). According to the agreement, from the effective date of this agreement until December 31, 2030, Ruipu Lanjun (including Ruipu Lanjun's Wenzhou base and its affiliated companies/bases) will purchase a total of not less than 800,000 tons of electrolyte products from Jiujiang Tianci. The specific purchase quantity, purchase price, specifications, and models of the goods shall be based on the confirmed "Purchase Order" by both parties.
