Ocean Electric Motors announced that the company has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 22, 2025 for the issuance of overseas listed shares and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The application materials were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.
