CITIC Securities (00132.HK) subsidiary enters into a financial leasing agreement with Shandong Tianhong Chemical.

Zhixin Finance APP News, Xingye Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on September 22, 2025, its subsidiary Green Gold Leasing entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee (Shandong Tianhong Chemical Co., Ltd.) for a consideration of RMB 20 million to transfer the ownership of the assets to the lessee. The leased assets will be leased back to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of 3 years.
