The People's Government of Jilin Province recently issued the implementation opinions on accelerating the innovation and development of artificial intelligence. It proposes to accelerate the construction of intelligent computing power infrastructure. Focus on the demand for distributed reasoning, appropriately advance, scientifically layout the intelligent computing resources in the province, and build the Changchun Metropolitan Area's computing power cluster and the green computing power cluster in western Jilin. Implement the "computing power alliance" plan, support basic telecom operators, IDC enterprises, cloud service providers and other specialized forces to build intelligent computing centers, promote the deployment of domestic chips in intelligent computing centers, and increase the proportion of green energy consumption.
