Jilin Province: By the end of 2027, the province's total intelligent computing power will exceed 5000 PFLOPS.

The People's Government of Jilin Province recently issued the implementation opinions on accelerating the innovation and development of artificial intelligence. Among them, it is proposed to adhere to the application traction, innovation drive, open cooperation, and ecological empowerment, strengthen computing power, algorithms, and data supply, deepen the implementation of the "artificial intelligence +" action, cultivate artificial intelligence industries reflecting the characteristics of Jilin, and promote artificial intelligence to become an important driving force supporting the high-quality development of our province. By the end of 2027, the province's intelligent computing power will exceed 5000 PFLOPS, forming about 10 high-quality data sets with industry influence and about 5 advanced and usable large models in vertical fields; artificial intelligence will penetrate into various fields of the economy and society at an accelerated pace, creating more than 50 high-value demonstration application scenarios; technological innovation will become more active, the industrial ecosystem will be initially built, and the operating revenue of core industries will reach 40 billion yuan, striving to exceed 100 billion yuan by the end of 2030.
