The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission have issued a notice on the publication of the "Guidelines for High-Quality Development of Industrial Parks". It proposes to accelerate the construction of green facilities in industrial parks. Strengthen the development and utilization of new energy infrastructure such as rooftop photovoltaics, decentralized wind power, diversified energy storage, and charging piles, explore the construction of industrial green microgrids, zero-carbon energy supply systems, and park-level digital energy and carbon management centers. Focus on strengthening the construction of public facilities such as sewage, garbage, and hazardous waste collection and treatment, promote the coordinated use of primary resources, accelerate the construction of solid waste collection, disposal, and comprehensive utilization capabilities within the park, and actively promote the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste and recycling of regenerated resources. Actively build green industrial parks and explore the construction of zero-carbon parks.
