Jin Hai Tong announced that the shareholder Shanghai Jinpu Emerging Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise holds 3.3733 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.62% of the total share capital. It plans to reduce its holding by no more than 600,000 shares, or 1.00% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding from October 22, 2025 to January 21, 2026. The above-mentioned shares were acquired before the IPO and have already been listed and traded.
