Guangdong Construction Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Construction Group, has received a "Bid Winning Notice" from Guangzhou Trading Group Co., Ltd., confirming it as the winning bidder for the "Collective Property Reconstruction Project of Chebei Village in the East Financial City" construction contract. The winning bid price is 1.924 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 284,400 square meters. The contractor is responsible for construction work within the designated red line area, including excavation support and earthwork engineering, foundation engineering, and main structural engineering. The formal contract for the project has not yet been signed, and there is still uncertainty regarding the contract terms.
