Yiwei Group (03893.HK) has completed the issuance of a total of 95.5 million Hong Kong dollars in convertible bonds.

The Zhongtong Financial APP news reported that Yivv Group (03893.HK) announced that all the preconditions specified in the subscription agreement have been met. The HIL convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$57.1 million and the MKI convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$38.4 million were issued on September 22, 2025.
