The announcement of Evergrande High-Tech states that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Evergrande Internet, has transferred its accounts receivable from Cao Zhenjun to Changsha Liande for 6.3 million yuan. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Changsha Liande has already paid the remaining 3.3 million yuan of the debt transfer payment, and the transfer has been completed. This transaction is expected to increase the company's net profit by approximately 6.27 million yuan in 2025.
