37 Interactive: Affiliate indirectly invests in SX Global Flagship Fund II L.P.

37 Interactive Entertainment announcement, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary 37 Starseek will use its own funds to invest no more than $10 million in the SX Global Flagship Fund II L.P. Company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Mr. Li Weiwei and Mr. Yang Jun, who has served as a director and vice general manager of the company in the past twelve months, intend to act as limited partners and indirectly invest in the target fund through capital contribution to the connecting fund. Mr. Li Weiwei intends to contribute $2 million, and Mr. Yang Jun intends to contribute $1 million, accounting for approximately 0.67% and 0.33% of the total size of the target fund, respectively. This transaction complies with the regulations on related party transactions in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's stock listing rules and does not require approval from the company's shareholders' meeting.
