Furong Technology: Xingshu Investment intends to transfer all the shares it holds in the company to Shuzhou Xingye for free.

Furong Technology Announcement: Chengdu Xingshu Investment Development Co., Ltd. intends to transfer all 82.0969 million shares of Sichuan Furong Technology Co., Ltd. it holds to Chengdu Shuzhou Xingye Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Bureau. After this transfer, Xingshu Investment will no longer hold any shares of the company, while Shuzhou Xingye will directly hold 82.0969 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.23% of the total share capital. This equity change is an internal non-compensation transfer of state-owned assets, and will not result in any changes to the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
