National Energy Administration and four other departments: Breakthrough key equipment such as high-performance, long-life offshore wind turbine blades and high-power gearboxes
The National Energy Administration and other four departments have issued guidance on promoting the high-quality development of energy equipment. It proposes breaking through key equipment such as high-performance, long-life offshore wind turbine blades, high-power gearboxes, ultra-high tower support structures, and high-reliability, low-cost floating foundations, conducting research on key technical equipment for high-performance wide-area operation of wind turbines in complex and harsh environments, and improving the reliability of wind turbine operation in complex scenarios such as deserts, deep seas, etc. It also calls for breakthroughs in photovoltaic module technologies such as high-efficiency crystalline silicon-perovskite layering and heterojunctions, back contacts, developing high-efficiency photovoltaic systems, high-voltage series-connected inverters, and other key equipment to meet the safe and efficient power generation needs of photovoltaic systems in new power systems. Breakthroughs in high-efficiency, low-cost 300,000-kilowatt-level solar thermal power generation complete technology equipment, further improving solar thermal power generation efficiency and production levels. Research on key technologies to enhance the flexibility of hydroelectric units, develop large-capacity impact units for kilometer-high water head segments, and establish a wide-load operating system for large hydroelectric units. Develop key core equipment for megawatt-scale tidal power generation, wave power generation, and comprehensive utilization of high-power temperature difference energy, break through biomass energy high-parameter conversion, low-temperature geothermal high-efficiency power generation technologies, break through the bottleneck of scale development, and support the diversified and coordinated development of renewable energy.
