Hong Kong catering company Ga Sai Tong (GST.US) IPO priced at $5-7 per share, aiming to raise $8 million.

According to the Zhixuntong Financial APP, on September 19, Ga Sai Tong Enterprise Limited (GST.US), a catering company based in Hong Kong, submitted its prospectus to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with plans to be listed on the Nasdaq in the United States. The company plans to issue 1.3 million shares at a price of $5 to $7 per share, raising up to $8 million. Based on the proposed midpoint of the range, Ga Sai Tong's market value will reach $78 million.
