Beike released a "real guarantee" full-process service guarantee system.
On the afternoon of September 22nd, Beike officially launched the "True Guarantee" full-process service guarantee system. At the launch event, Li Fengyan, Chief Operating Officer of Beike City, made a speech. He stated that as of now, under the "True Guarantee" full-process service guarantee system, Beike City has introduced a total of 35 service commitments, including 6 platform-level commitments and 29 brand-level commitments. It was introduced that the 6 platform-level service commitments include three commitments that have been launched nationwide, namely "Real listings, false ones compensated with 100 yuan", "No transaction, commission refunded unconditionally", and "Advance payment for property fees and losses", as well as three commitments that are gradually being replicated nationwide after being piloted in some cities, specifically "Secure payment, platform coverage in case of default", "Leak disclosure, compensation for losses", and "No phone marketing, disturbance compensated with 100 yuan."
