According to the TianYanCha App, recently, there have been changes in the business registration of Ningbo Kunlin Technology Co., Ltd. New shareholders, including Xiaomi's subsidiary Hanxing Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. and Astrend VBeta Limited, have been added. The registered capital has increased from 6.25 million RMB to about 7.35 million RMB, and there have been changes in key personnel. Ningbo Kunlin Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2023, with Zhang Xiangfu as the legal representative. Their business scope includes research and development of household appliances, as well as sales of household appliances. Currently, Zhang Xiangfu, Kunmao Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Beyi Shares, and the aforementioned new shareholders hold shares in the company.
