According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hefei Xinghe Zhi Jie Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Junfeng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million RMB. Its business scope includes the development of artificial intelligence basic software, integration services of artificial intelligence industry applications systems, development of artificial intelligence application software, sales of integrated circuit chips and products, among others. Equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Xinghe Zhilian Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Anhui Xunfei Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. under iFlytek, GAC Capital Co., Ltd. under GAC Group, and GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., among others.
