Over the past weekend, a video about car batteries popping out when overheated went viral on the internet. The video showed a demonstration on September 19 by a car labeled "China Collision Repair Technology Center," showing the technology that can eject the battery from the car body 3-6 meters away when the battery overheats, achieving separation of the car and battery. The video claimed that the "China Collision Repair Technology Center" collaborated with Junsheng Electronics to launch this battery ejection technology. Junsheng Electronics replied on September 22 that they did not have any form of cooperation or development agreement with the "China Collision Repair Technology Center." An insider told First Financial that the "China Collision Repair Technology Center" belongs to the Mate Group, which owns independent brands such as Weilishi, Pentium, and MAXIMA.
