National Defense General Administration of China has launched a level four emergency response for flood prevention and typhoon defense in Guangdong, Hainan, and Fujian provinces.

According to the relevant provisions of the "National Flood Control and Drought Relief Emergency Plan", the National Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters has decided to initiate a Level IV emergency response for flood control and typhoon prevention in Guangdong, Hainan, and Fujian on September 22 at 11:30, and dispatched a working group to Guangdong to assist and guide flood control and typhoon prevention work.
