Zhongtong Financial News APP: Furong Pharmaceutical (01652.HK) announced that on September 19, 2025 (after the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the buyer Henan Xisheng Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and the seller Henan Furong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into the agreement. Under this agreement, the seller conditionally agrees to sell and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the entire equity of the target company Henan Furong Wisdom Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., with a total price of RMB 73 million, subject to and limited by the terms of the agreement.
