On September 21st local time, according to a statement from the Security Media Center under the Iraqi Joint Operations Command, an explosion occurred in Anbar Province, western Iraq, that day, resulting in the deaths of 2 members of the Iraqi security forces and 1 injured. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
