It is mentioned that the rent of affordable rental housing will be guided by the government, with the rent not exceeding 90% of the market rent of the same location and quality, and the annual rent increase shall not exceed 5%. For households with an average annual disposable income lower than twice the previous year's disposable income of urban residents in Sanya City, and meeting the conditions for applying for affordable rental housing, rent can be charged at no more than 70% of the market rent of the same location and quality.
