Our country has achieved the production and installation target of pumped storage energy storage during the "14th Five-Year Plan".

According to information from the National Energy Administration, since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan, China has put into operation over 30 million kilowatts of pumped storage power stations. As of now, the total installed capacity of pumped storage power stations has reached 62.365 million kilowatts, surpassing the planned target of 62 million kilowatts for the 14th Five-Year Plan period. The comprehensive utilization hours and the number of times pumped storage power stations are used for electricity generation nationwide continue to increase, playing an important role in ensuring power supply and supporting green transition.
