The courts in Hainan Province are promoting maritime adjudication work to ensure the high-level opening up to the outside world of the free trade port.

The Maritime Trial Work Conference of Hainan Province Courts and the Judicial Service Ocean Strong Province Strategic Symposium was held in the afternoon of September 19th at the Hainan Provincial High Court. From the symposium, it was learned that Hainan courts have fully exerted their judicial functions, focusing on serving and safeguarding the strategic development of the ocean strong province and the high-quality development of Hainan Free Trade Port. The maritime trial functions have been fully utilized, the maritime trial system and mechanism have been continuously improved, judicial support functions have been constantly strengthened, the credibility of maritime judicial system has been continuously enhanced, the quality of maritime trial team has been continuously improved, and new developments and breakthroughs have been achieved in maritime trial work.
