Former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Railway Signal Communication Group, Zhang Quan, is under investigation for review.

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission website reported on September 20th that Zhang Quan, former deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently under disciplinary review by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission's discipline inspection and supervision team stationed at the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, as well as under investigation by the Ma'anshan City Supervisory Commission in Anhui province.
