On September 19, Dongfeng Motors announced the establishment of Dongfeng Motors Group Yuechuang Technology Co., Ltd., further integrating component research and development, manufacturing, and talent resources to support the transformation of the entire vehicle to electrification and intelligence with "high technology, high value" component products. It is reported that Yuechuang Technology, as the main body and management entity of Dongfeng Motors component business, integrates the existing functions of Dongfeng Motors Components Division and Dongfeng Hongtai Holdings Group Co., Ltd., managing entities previously under the jurisdiction of Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. and Nan Doul Star Technology Co., Ltd., effectively gathering resources, achieving integrated synergy of "wholetechnologycomponents", and better coping with technological and market changes. Yuechuang Technology will focus on key core components of "two high", enhance independent research and development capabilities, seize technological high ground, form a business layout of "6+3+N", and provide strong momentum for the high-quality development of Dongfeng Motors in the "14th Five-Year Plan".
