Faraday Future: FF announced today that it has signed a securities purchase agreement with Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc., a listed company on Nasdaq. FF will invest in QLGN's common stock and preferred stock through private placement, and will fully cooperate in developing cryptocurrency and Web3 businesses. After completing the shareholder approval process, QLGN will be renamed CXC10, focusing on cryptocurrency business and Web3 ecosystem development.
