Science and technology media The Information reported in a blog yesterday (September 19th) that Apple has requested Luxshare Precision, one of its major contract manufacturers, to increase the daily production of the standard version of iPhone 17 by about 40% after better-than-expected pre-sales performance. Apple has also notified some non-electronic component suppliers to increase their daily supply quantity by about 30%.
