Anxin Dashang Rural Commercial Bank's assets, liabilities, businesses, employees, and all other rights and obligations will be taken over by Anxin County Rural Credit Cooperative Co., Ltd. After receiving this reply, Anxin Dashang Rural Commercial Bank should immediately cease all business activities, return the license to Xiong'an New Area Financial Regulatory Sub-bureau within 15 working days, and complete relevant procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
