First Industry Finance (00730.HK) has entered into an EMC Purchasing Master Agreement and Steel Purchasing Master Agreement with Shougang Group.

Zhitong Finance APP news, Shouhui Industrial Finance (00730.HK) announced that on September 19, 2025, the company and Shougang have entered into an EMC procurement master agreement. The agreement is valid for three years from the effective date of the EMC procurement master agreement. Accordingly, the group has agreed to supply EMC products to Shougang group in accordance with the terms and conditions of the EMC procurement master agreement.
