The Zhitong Financial App reported that Haichang New Materials (300885.SZ) announced that the company has signed an "Equity Acquisition Intention Agreement" with Wu Wenping, Lu Linsheng, and two other individuals. The company plans to acquire 51% of the equity of Shenzhen Xinwei Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Company") by paying cash.
